At EuroShop 2020, the newcomer is massively expanding its product lines. The company launched SYSTEM30 and its innovative connection technology in 2018. The technology immediately impressed and won the renowned iF Design Award 2018 and German Design Award 2019. “We have made a strong start in a highly competitive market and want to further expand this positive development over the next few years. Especially in the world of exhibition construction, which is extremely focused on efficiency, we expect great opportunities with CORNECT®'s innovative connection technology,” says Martin Reeg, Head of Marketing and Product Management. The systems are particularly versatile. The focus is on shop construction, with displays, lighting frames and complete pop-up stores, exhibition stand construction, from simple exhibition stands to assemble yourself to complex plot solutions and exhibitions with complete presentation walls for museums or events.

By participating in EuroShop 2020 for the first time, the company is sending a clear signal. “We came to Düsseldorf with the clear goal of increasing CORNECT® brand awareness and acquiring new customers at home and abroad,” says Managing Director Andreas Feldmann. Under the trade fair motto “ATTENTION HIGH VOLTAGE”, reference is made to innovative connection technology using quick-release systems. NEW: SYSTEM50

The new standard — SYSTEM50. With a consistent size grid and innovative detailed solutions, large-format presentation walls and complex exhibition stands can be designed in the same way as eye-catching displays and pop-up stores.

System components — high-quality and innovative
High-quality materials, flawless workmanship and perfect functionality form the basis for the profile system that is as slim as it is sturdy. The frame profile can be used for fabric and panel fillings. Panels made of 3 mm hard foam can be easily attached with Velcro and velcro strips or fabrics equipped with a sturdy piping system can be clamped in. Each profile is equipped with two universal holes, which can be used as a cable outlet, as a spacer for double-walled structures or as a floor fixation.

The profiles are connected without tools using quick-release systems. This ingenious principle was transferred to the entire system. With Easy CORNECT® Plus technology, profiles, frames and much more can be connected together quickly, securely and removably — without any tools. With an integrated screw connection, the SYSTEM50 offers another interesting variant, particularly for fixed installations. Various connection profiles are available for corner solutions, from simple 90-degree connections to multiple outlets to flexible angles — a lot is possible, according to the individual requirements of customers.

Size grid — flexible and tailor-made
26 rectangular and 10 curved frames — everything fits together perfectly. Minimal assembly costs and yet maximum implementation options. Thanks to a continuous horizontal and vertical size grid of 980 mm, the frames can be flexibly planned and built according to your requirements. In addition, with CORNECT®, it is always possible to add individual frames outside the grid. This means: Absolute flexibility in planning.

The uniform size grid of systems 50 and 170 allows the two product lines to be combined. In this way, perfectly illuminated light walls can be flexibly integrated into the construction. The light frames are equipped with 2 system grooves, so they can be mounted absolutely flush or protruding into the SYSTEM50.

Accessories — clever and versatile
With the extensive range of accessories for the profile system, structures can be further individualized. Attachments, such as hooks and brochure holders, are attached between 2 profiles of a frame without tools using a universal basic accessory element.

If a trade fair wall not only communicates printed advertising messages but also wants to present products, CORNECT® built-in shelves are just the thing for you. Easy to assemble, high-quality in appearance and versatile in use. The shelf can be placed in various positions between frames.

In addition to the option of integrating lighting frames into the construction, conventional lamps can also be attached to the system. With a power of 35 watts per element, extremely powerful LED lamps of the latest generation are available. Other functions are also convincing. In this way, the elements can simply be fixed to the SYSTEM50 frame, connected in series and operated without an external power supply.

NEW: SYSTEM170

The CORNECT® SYSTEM170 impressively demonstrates the emotional effect of light. A visit to a trade fair or a shopping trip becomes a sensual experience with the backlit frames of CORNECT® Exhibition. By specifically illuminating displays and presentation walls with our LED solutions, several goals can be achieved — they generate attention, they create an atmosphere and they steer visitors.

The entire frame design is designed to perfectly illuminate the high-quality fabric fillings. Brilliantly bright, the system transports advertising messages around the world. The profile with a depth of 170mm gives the light enough space to develop. It is designed for double-sided backlighting. The profiles are made from perfectly processed, anodized aluminum, because we are convinced of this durable, sturdy and high-quality material that is also 100% recyclable at the end of its life cycle.
The connectors are virtually hidden in the profile, which guarantees perfect illumination. The advantages of CORNECT® corner connectors — quick and tool-free assembly — are retained. A screw-on version is also available.

The LED modules are at the heart of the system. The power LEDs from OSRAM® in combination with special lenses provide perfect illumination and a long operating time with low power consumption. The LED modules are integrated flush with the horizontal profiles and are thus perfectly protected against damage. The power supply is also already integrated into the modules. All you have to do is connect them to the power grid via cable and the frame is perfectly illuminated. Plug & Play at its best.

Thanks to high-quality materials, CORNECT® fabrics can be folded particularly small and wrinkle-free. Fabrics and printing processes that are perfectly tailored to the background lighting create particularly eye-catching presentations. The substances are manufactured using sublimation or UV printing and have B1 (fire protection class) certification. The piping principle allows quick and inexpensive motif changes and can be used in the frame to save time. Optimum handling guaranteed.

SYSTEM30 — EXPANSIONS

The multi-award winning SYSTEM30 has been further developed. A new profile for fabric fillings expands the product line. The displays from this series have been equipped with new foot elements, which are already pre-assembled on the profile and only need to be unscrewed during assembly. The pre-planned and assembled exhibition stands have also been expanded to include further variants.

RAILINGS and HANDRAIL SOLUTIONS from FELDMANN

Feldmann offers a wide range of glass clamps, posts, handrails, cable systems and sliding glass doors. Another focus of the company is all-glass solutions for railings, which are becoming increasingly popular in trade fair and shop construction. A modern and transparent design characterizes this product solution.

Depending on requirements, individual parts can be provided for assembly on site up to railing and handrail systems delivered completely ready for installation. With its own production facilities, the company is able to respond flexibly to customer inquiries. Whether lasering, milling, forging or welding — Feldmann experts are available for all tasks in metal construction. Together with the customer, a suitable solution is sought — economically, quickly and of high quality.

The most important prerequisites for developing an innovative product with added value are creativity, vision, experience and, above all, an understanding of the user. With CORNECT® Exhibition, Feldmann launched a brand with exhibition & presentation systems in 2018.
